Data Sovereignty
At Kilo Business, we believe your fleet data is your own. We collect information necessary to coordinate deliveries and verify identities (NIN, GPS coordinates, vehicle details) but we never sell your data to third-party advertisers.
Identity Verification
We use NIMC-certified partners to verify rider identities via NIN. We do NOT store your raw NIN in our database. We only store the verification status to maintain a high-trust logistics network.
Location Tracking
To ensure delivery security and marketplace transparency, we collect real-time GPS coordinates of active riders. This data is only visible to the fleet manager (you), the sender, and the receiver during a live delivery session.
Financial Security
Payment information and BVN details are handled through industry-standard encrypted gateways. Kilo does not store your full banking credentials. All financial data is transmitted over secure SSL protocols.
Data Retention
Delivery logs, package photos, and tracking history are retained for 12 months to support dispute resolution and performance analytics. After this period, sensitive media is archived or deleted from our primary servers.
