By registering your business on Kilo Business, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our platform facilitates the coordination between fleet managers, riders, and the logistics marketplace. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our professional dashboard services.

You are responsible for the actions of all riders onboarded to your business fleet. You must ensure that all riders linked to your account provide accurate verification details and comply with Nigerian transport regulations. Kilo Business reserves the right to suspend any fleet account that engages in fraudulent marketplace practices.

Kilo Business provides access to a delivery marketplace. While you set your own rider payout structures, Kilo charges a platform fee for jobs matched through our infrastructure. Fees are transparently displayed in your Business Dashboard before you claim a delivery.

All riders must complete identity verification via NIN and provide valid vehicle information. Your business registration details must be accurate and verifiable. Failure to maintain verified rider standards may lead to restricted access to high-value marketplace items.

Delivery payments are held in Kilo's Trust Escrow. Funds are released upon successful verification of the delivery OTP provided by the receiver. Kilo is not liable for disputes arising from rider/fleet mismanagement outside the verified platform workflow.

For security and accountability, the Kilo ecosystem operates from 5:00 AM to 10:30 PM (WAT). Deliveries must be initiated and completed within these hours. After 10:30 PM, the system will automatically pause matching to prioritize safety.

All dashboard interfaces, algorithms, and business tools provided by Kilo Business are the intellectual property of KILO MOBILITY SYSTEM LIMITED. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these tools for your logistics operations.
