Customer Service Terms (Fleet)

How fleet operators publish their own customer terms on public request pages.

Last updated: July 3, 2026 · For: Fleet owners configuring public request portals

01

Your customers, your terms

When a customer submits a delivery or errand through your public request link, they see your organization as the service provider.

You may publish a URL to your own customer terms (website, PDF, or hosted page) in Settings → Client Form. Customers must acknowledge that link before submitting when configured.

02

What Kilo still requires

Your customer terms supplement — they do not replace — platform safety and data-processing notices.

  • Prohibited items confirmation (Kilo Restricted Items Policy).
  • Kilo platform Terms & Privacy for processing contact details, locations, and photos.
  • Delivery & Dispatch Policy rules for how jobs run on Kilo infrastructure.
03

White-label guidance

Use clear language on pricing, refunds, service areas, and liability limits you intend to enforce with your customers.

Do not contradict Kilo payment escrow, prohibited-items, or dispute rules. Conflicts may result in removal of custom terms links.

Keep your URL HTTPS and publicly accessible. Kilo stores the acceptance timestamp and link snapshot on each request for audit purposes.

Platform policies (Kilo Go)

Marketplace-wide rules — payments, disputes, prohibited items, and rider conduct — live on the Kilo consumer site. Fleet operators and riders remain subject to those rules when using shared platform infrastructure.
