Delivery & Dispatch Policy
How fleet deliveries, public requests, assignment rules, and customer-facing service work on Kilo Business.
Last updated: July 3, 2026 · For: Fleet operators and dispatch managers
Service types
Your fleet may offer pickup & delivery, errands, and other service kinds enabled in Delivery Settings. Plan tier may restrict advanced modes (e.g. errands, online checkout, regional coverage).
Public customers use your request link; internal staff create deliveries from the dashboard.
Quoting, approval & dispatch
- Manual quote mode: your team sets price before dispatch.
- Automated pricing rules (Growth): rules engine applies within configured coverage.
- Require approval: public requests wait for manager review before a rider is assigned.
- Assignment: fleet-managed riders receive work from your organization, not open marketplace matching.
Proof of delivery & disputes
Completed deliveries may require OTP or photo proof according to platform and tier settings.
Disputes follow Kilo platform cancellation and dispute rules. Fleet operators must respond promptly to customer and platform inquiries.
Operating hours: the Kilo ecosystem targets 5:00 AM – 10:30 PM WAT for matching and accountability. Plan operations accordingly.
Customer legal acknowledgements
Customers submitting via your public link confirm prohibited-items rules and Kilo platform Terms & Privacy. Your organization is identified as the service provider on that page.
You are responsible for service delivery to your customers; Kilo provides infrastructure, payment processing where enabled, and dispute tooling.
