Managed Fleet Rider Agreement

What riders accept when joining a fleet on Kilo — wallet rules, app mode, and conduct.

Last updated: July 3, 2026 · For: Riders invited to join a fleet organization

01

Fleet-managed mode

When you accept a fleet invitation you become a managed rider for that organization on Kilo. You complete deliveries assigned or dispatched by your fleet, not independent marketplace sender jobs.

Marketplace sender flows stay disabled on your account while you are fleet-managed.

02

Wallet & withdrawals

Kilo does not confiscate your wallet balance when you join a fleet. However, after acceptance you may lose normal in-app withdrawal access. Getting funds out later may require support intervention.

If you need funds currently in your wallet, withdraw in the rider app before accepting a fleet link.

03

Irreversible link

Accepting a fleet invitation is effectively irreversible without contacting support. Your account remains tied to the fleet operator who onboarded you.

Do not accept if you intend to operate as an independent marketplace rider on the same account.

04

Verification & conduct

  • Your fleet operator confirms you meet verification and KYC standards before onboarding.
  • You must comply with Kilo Rider Policy, traffic laws, and your fleet's operating instructions.
  • Prohibited items and unsafe behaviour may result in suspension by Kilo or removal by your fleet.
05

New accounts

If you do not yet have a Kilo account, accepting creates a rider account on your invitation email and sends temporary sign-in details. Use Forgot password in the app to set your own password.
